Baru-baru ini Soyu Sistar baru saja menarik perhatian publik dengan otot perut atau abs yang dimilikinya. Foto Soyu yang beredar dengan mengenakan celana pendek serta atasan bikini memang memperlihatkan abs cewek 21 tahun ini yang memukau, dan tentunya menjadi bahan perbincangan.

Soyu pun mengungkapkan bahwa absnya yang memukau tersebut tak ia dapatkan dari hasil latihan aerobik, melainkan diet ketat dan olahraga yang teratur. Soyu dan member Sistar lainnya yang melakukan comeback mereka lewat single ‘Give It To Me’ di Lotte Art Center di Seoul pada 11 Juni 2013 kemarin mengungkapkan bagaimana ia menyiapkan bentuk tubuhnya untuk comeback mereka.

“Selama aku mempersiapkan album dan iklan, aku langsung berfikir untuk melakukan diet. Aku berolahraga dan memperhatikan makananku, namun aku tak melakukan latihan aerobik,” ujar Soyu dilansir Allkpop. Soyu juga menjelaskan bahwa ia memilih untuk tak melakukan aerobik karena tak semua lemak dari tubuhnya yang ingin ia pangkas.

Tak melakukan latihan aerobik, Soyu pun lebih memilih untuk mengangkat barbel saat ia melakukan latihan. Tak hanya itu, ia juga memperhatikan pola makannya. “Aku berhenti makan makanan asin dan membatasi asupan karbohidratku. Aku makan satu hari sekali, dan ketika aku laparm aku akan makan telur atau kentang manis,” ujar Soyu ungkap rahasia keindahan tubuhnya.

Seperti usaha keras Soyu untuk membentuk tubuhnya agar kencang dan ramping terbayar semua, dibuktikan dengan penampilannya yang sangat menarik di comeback Sistar dalam single ‘Give It To Me’.
